These terms explain the basic rules for using This Means To Me and sharing memories through the service.
You are responsible for your account, the memories you upload, and the people or links you choose to share with. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You keep ownership of the memories, photos, audio, transcripts, titles and other content you upload. You give us permission to host, process and display that content so we can provide the app, sharing links, trusted-person access, support and safety features.
You control the memories and packages you share. Anyone with an active public sharing link may be able to view the linked content until the link expires, is revoked, or access is otherwise restricted.
You must not upload, share, request, promote or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. Sexual, exploitative, abusive or illegal content involving children is strictly prohibited.
We may investigate reported content and related activity. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, quarantine, restore, suspend or disable access to content, sharing links, packages, trusted-person access or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users and third parties, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Safety concerns can be reported from shared pages, trusted-person portals, the app, or by emailing safety@thismeanstome.com. Reported content may be temporarily restricted while it is reviewed.
We may update, pause or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will try to give reasonable notice where a change materially affects your use of the service.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@thismeanstome.com. Safety concerns should be sent to safety@thismeanstome.com.
