How do I add a memory?

Tap the green "Add a Memory" button on the home screen. We will guide you through recording your voice, adding a photo, and giving your memory a title.

What is a trusted person?

A trusted person is a family member or friend you choose. They receive an invitation and, after access is approved, can view your memories through their private portal. You can remove their access at any time, and they need a new invitation to be added again.

How do I share a memory?

Open a memory, tap Share, and choose how you want to send it. People can view the memory in their browser without the app.

I deleted a memory by mistake. Can I get it back?

Yes. Deleted memories stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Go to Settings > Recently Deleted to restore them.

Is my data secure?

Your memories are stored securely and we use encrypted connections to help protect your information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and memories.

What is Premium?

Premium gives you unlimited memories, voice recordings up to 5 minutes, written transcripts, up to 5 trusted people, and memory exports. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.

How do I report a safety concern?

If you see harmful, illegal, abusive or unsafe content, email safety@thismeanstome.com. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
